you may have a point there capt however they do appear to be toning done the fluff
I'd keep an open mind at present
the market didn't go gaga over the announcement but it is still early and us and europe are just going to bed not that i think many care about NOR
lets keep powder dry for another month or so and see what happens
Q1 2018 is only few months away and 6 months before its over
a lot can happen in 6 months
keep a watch
this is one of the few times I'd rather be out than in
