With out doing much research apart from looking at the peer comparison i agree the RWD does appear to have a much more an attractive market cap with comparison to resources than the other 3, however to me APC looks the goods as well, deserving of a 40m market cap? of course they would make it look good on there own presentation.
Looks like both have great potential.
Anyway DYOR and put you dollars in what you think is best.
