Blue would have no trouble raising capital given the current gas situation if they feel the need. Insolvency won't be an issue as long as the gas shortage remains on the east coast.
I can understand long term sharehders frustration given the poor SP performance over the last several years, but in retrospect I think management has been prudent conserving cash while waiting for the situation to change.
As others have mentioned 2017 is the time to deliver.
