I seem to remember that there was not much appetite from anyone to accept their offer, and i for one would not accept at that price now.
We are in a lot better position than this time last year, although you wouldnt know it looking at the share price, management are delivering in what has been a tough enviroment, i thought the picture on the front of the presentation today was pretty impressive, there is a lot of activity going on.

Although its difficult , just because someone sells half a million shares, it does not mean that the company is now worth a few million less than what it was yesterday, our 2 larger shareholders each paid 16 cents before Kangala was any where near running,Harvest Lane our third largest holder would have paid closer to 20 cents, they have not sold down since the lapsed takeover,
its just a waiting game
