    I'm still tempted to do a class action.

    It's just so bloody time consuming and I've had so much on
    (bought a new house, bought a new business, got married, baby on the way etc.)

    If it wasn't for all these real life commitments I'd had fought this.

    They never specifically listed the offtake agreement as a clause for the takeover, but when interviewed after the fact, the CEO stated that the reason this didn't go ahead was because of the offtake agreement not going through.
