Titanium, though having reasonable value to mine, especially at high grades, is the fourth most abundant mineral in the earth's crust and mined widely, including China which has about 30% of known deposits. The amount used in batteries will only be a small percentage of total titanium demand, much of which is relatively stable (as pigments in paint, plastic, textile, etc, as an abrasive, and as metal in aircraft, cars, other equipment). Hence there won't be a titanium bubble.
