Symetris does not exist it is called Boston Symetris (they are NOT two seperate companies)
There are at many other international companies missing devleoping some cool stuff in TAVR.
-Meril life(largest Indian Med device company have TAVR - MyVal
-HLT(pretty cool Spanish company developing next gen TAVR)
plus many Israeli TAVR start-up doing very innovative work

investors should have the facts correctly presented. I don't blame Patterson he comes from a Pharma background however this IMO shows the need for having someone in charge who really have a deep long term experience of this sector .

more specifics needed

Where is data on number of reps like US?
which markets are perfoming well outside UK, German e.g Italy, Sapin, France?
Never head a one fact on these large markets.
what are timelines for approval of VC, curved,/ Reg authorities are historically shorter time. CardioCel was approved earlier in europe then US. why the slowness now?

what about risks of ADAPT platform?

A venture capital friend of mine believes this is where future will develop & ADAPT will be one part of solution

these facts would be helpful for discerning investors.

Then finally begs the questions if the SP was performing positive would they have included it in, my bet is yes however at least should include this too, keeps one humble.

overall the presentation to me look like it was rushed over thats just IMO
