Hi dmurph - I lodged an inquiry with the Company on 19th May requesting if they were in a position to update shareholders on the litigation but have not received any acknowledgement or response. I submitted it through the contact tab on their website so I will follow it up with an email in case it has gone astray. I subsequently lodged an inquiry with the Supreme Court of South Australia asking if, as a shareholder in the company, I was able to access information in relation to the case. My request was referred to the Supreme Court Registry on 3rd June and I have not yet received a reply. I will share the response when I receive it and provided there are no restrictions.
