- 15% interest rate on the 7.5 mil new facility is steep but clearly the cash flow is strong enough to justify
- I do have concerns about cash usage decline albeit I see this happening over the next 5-10 years but not disappear completely (pokies, black market purchases, casinos, drugs, working arrangements to avoid tax man, those who mistrust banks, Fresh fruit markets, still best way to purchase products second hand etc etc)
- I see a decline in ATM's by the larger banks as they just want to sell home loans and their branches are becoming cashless (and less branches) hence why ATM's transactions aren't declining per machine
- It can be argued ATM's especially the recycler will be the only way cash will be available apart from key locations of the larger banks
- I don't see a capital raise coming only further amalgamation of the ATM market by Star purchasing smaller players that have cost pressures at good multiples and cash flow positive
- I want to see more focus in the EFTPOS market but I do not see this happening until next year then integration of Indue will help this significantly as the cost of switching will be cheaper. This is definitely the future of transactions
- Expansion in Asia maybe a long shot but they are dodgy as hell cash is always king
