oh here we go, the serial down ramper/trader waldo is present... do not be fooled people... seen it before...

absolutely no basis to his CR Statement what so ever.... the facts/info that we know:

    - $1.52m cash on hand 30.04.17 (less transaction costs for Indue) from today's presentation page 12
    - have been told cashflow positive from management.
    - forecast negative EBITDA of $504k for the 2017 fin year, with interest to be added to this on Hire Purchase Schedules and roughly 1 month of Indue and Fast Cash acquistion finance. Therefore, fairly neutral in the much weaker 2017 fin year.
    - Forecast positive cashflow of $2.785m for the 2018 fin year (from page 13 of today's report). This is after having taken out finance payments on the $8m of current debt.
    - Debt facility of $7.5m, of which only $4.2m (plus maybe some costs) has been used to purchase Fast Cash ATM business just this month. Leaves just under $3.3m further that can be used on acquisitions or possibly on working capital (only a guess, unknown at this stage).

This a rubbish claim and absolutely no reason for it, other than to profit off the fear of the weak shareholders....

Waldo loves the 95%/5% rule.... In that people believe the 95% bullsh!t he says must be true if he tells 5% truth....

His sentiment around what can happen with roadshows and CR's could well and truly be correct with some minority of companies.... Far from the ACTUAL case here....

My only hope is that he moves on quickly.... before he starts talking in the third person with "waldo is always right' rubbish....
