Hadn't thought of a buyback - would be a prudent way of doing things. A large part of me just wants a merger with MEL - would wipe the interest and options from the convertible note along with the debt and would also provide 10m of additional funding. $44m MC fully funded cash cow (as MEL is trading below asset backing).
