Apparently the ODP approval process has changed (and this is reflected in the slide). ODP is now 'approved' by the SOE to all intents and purposes with the NDRC more or less 'rubber stamping' the SOE recommendation. Therefore if the ODPs are being co-written by the organisation that is responsible for approval you would have to think there is a pretty good chance of approval. I agree with other posters, assuming production is stable for the rest of the year and they sell all the gas plus achieve GSAs for the increased production surely this has to go up based on fundamentals?
