NDRC has always been a rubber stamp and 99.99% change ODP will happen at some point as TIC. But the timeline to get the rubber stamp and then actually get into full field development and set up the new operating company up and running and get cash in from the SOE is when! how much of that has really changed.
And the extension would love to think this could happen as i think will have a big impact on SP.
