Sino Gas and Oil got ODP approval in 2015 and are still struggling to get a big increase in production and they were only able to sell around 60-70% of their produced gas (from memory) and they are in same basin.
SEH shareholders may be interested in researching HK:0702's history and see what the likely future path is for SEH.
