I expect they would not want to have to suspend it down the track, so the recommencement is a sign of some confidence in where they are going.

WOW has a better margin than BSA and it doesn't have to deal with the risks of having to perform work out in the field in the wind and the rain under the baleful gaze of recalcitrant clients and curmudgeonly head contractors.
Come on guys. Write your quotes with a fork like other contractors do
It's either that or you will have to start screwing your suppliers like the retailers do.
