- Insurance broking business has just established so i would give this division time.

The only thing i don't like is interest rate were paying from 12-16.5% seems a bit high, hopefully in the future they can renegotiate to a lower rate. This is putting us into the red.

Finance cost was $3,773k from the presentation. Even if they could half their interest cost (which they can't), they'd still be in the red.

I and others would suggest you look at $3,672k (from the annual report), which relates to employee expenses, as to why they're in the red.

Surprisingly little volume this morning.
