CNW has classified their revenue into three segments with the following earning %.
PRODUCT = 71% , PROFESIONAL SERVICES =16% and ANNUITY +13%.
I would like to get a better clarity as to what they classified as PRODUCT. is it only tangible? or does it include Services rendered alongside the tangible?
as PRODUCT is by far the largest earning component it would be nice to get a break down of operating profit and EBITDA margins of each segment. this will enable investors to understand better the nature of CNW operation and will clarify which section is underperforming, they are currently achieving scale, but for the future what scope of work in the IT sector the company wants to align themselves with.
The IT industry is diverse, there is a vast difference in scope of work and profit margins, just as an example on margins and scope DTL, vs TNE just to name two comps.
