The business is still owned largely by the originating family. The issue has never traded under the $1.00 issue price, and has paid two fully franked dividends totaling 2.5c, or approx 3% including the franking credits. As shareholders, we had the opportunity to partake in a rights issue priced at $1.18, which has never traded below the issue price. Since the issue, the company has announced results beating pro forma predictions for Net profit after tax by 12.1%.
Having said that, I would like to see the results of the integration of the new business before I would be buying any more at these levels, but I did partake of the rights issue...a free kick, and a great return yoy for the issue including the rights issue.
I'm not sure how your investment has been 'hard earned', except by your own exertions in order to invest. But I wish all investments were this satisfying, or possibly boring!

Boring this investment may be and I like your points.Hard earned is hard earned work to pay for the shares
