Agree with Graphene, it would appear the finance is missing and the assumption could be made it's locked and loaded ready for DFS to meet expectations.
I thought 1.4 payback is based on old PFS correct me if I'm wrong and hence irrelevant now till DFS? To be frank, I haven't seen any progress for a while. There's a lot of expectation but not enough results for my liking thus far. That could of course change very quickly. I hope it does!
