Hi xDom, been through 5 consolidations in other stocks and I have never had a good result from one yet not to say that they cant work.
I tread carefully with consolidations as it can be performed in essence to make room for further capital raises with further dilution.
Consolidation imo should only be carried out when the business model is proven and positive FA, TA are in place.
What is best considered as apposed to consolidation is when a company starts to recieve revenue streams that in part is put towards share buy back from the market, of course this is only my opinion amongst many others.
