You never do know what is causing share price movements.
I personally didn't like the sale of the the US portfolio to Fortress at book value. I already thought the finance was far too expensive but I put up with it on the basis that there was enough margin to go around and that a lot of my valuation was in the current book. When they start selling the current book for 1x book value I view it as throwing money away and my valuation was going backwards.
This also just happened to coincide with LCA winning some good cases so that they had more capital to fund some of their future growth themselves - so I switch across.
