Dirk is on probation at present with shareholders, he has done nothing to get investors excited at this stage and we dont know whether he will be a failure yet either.
I get the feeling this business is generally pretty boring day to day, with larger agreements being signed from time to time that will be the only road to being profitable.
Therefore I take it no big contracts signed recently so we meander down until such time.
Having not read investor presentation I nearly feel of my chair reading one poster say military was "gone", WTF?
