Will you be participating simply to average down?
Some of the funds will be used to part pay down the Lenark Loan (James Chisholm) to the tune of $1M
The rest of the funds seem to be to get a picture on the viability of Elan.
If Elan doesn't get going it looks like it will pretty much be over.
The entitlement offer comes with an option at 20c expiring March 2021.
I may die before Atrum ever achieves a decent share price......
