Thats because electrolysis works at scale in a continuous process, all be it inefficient.
What are we going to sell them ? A PPP that doesn't work yet & a process that isn't patented ?
I would be most surprised if some of the 'big oil' companies are not working on an IO catalyst, fluid bed reactor at present, trying for continuous production. They have plenty of R&D $$$. If HZR gets patents then they will have to come to the table, if not they are ahead of the game.
