I think the most frustrating thing which is common to small stocks is the slippage of projected time lines. I don't think the BoD are responsible for it since they aren't making promises and its outside of their control. But knowing for sure when tenders will be let, projects started and testing or trials will be completed would be reassuring. For instance who would have predicted the class A field test will have been poured for over a year before the actual trial with traffic driving over it begins? And then it will take a further 12 months of evaluation.

We've invested in an industry where this is normal practice. Accept it, its not going to change.
