Cash flow positive isn't going to be the key to making the sp go up. There's plenty of companies that are cash flow positive and still have MC's around $50m.
The comoany will be valued on earnings.
There hasn't been a new director appointment yet because K. Costello is touted to be replaced.
I'm thinking a new director may come via a transaction related to this trading halt.
A cash injection, placement of stock and a board seat to a person or a person from another company we are doing business with.
Tavr has progressed fairly quickly so ultimately that would be my first choice as a prime company transaction regarding settling the cash issue, board seat and company progression.
This trading halt appears bigger and more significant than just your typical CR or placement.
Anyway time will tell.
