I wonder to whom this presentation is/was being made. Shopping around for higher bidders, perhaps?

There should be a notice from the large shareholders that have agreed to sell their interest in MDL. I presume that Tiga has agreed to sell, but I do not know which of the larger shareholders is the other entity mentioned in the takeover notice. I have not yet read the full takeover offer document - perhaps the info is in there. I presume there is some get out clause for these shareholder in the event of a better offer from another party.

There is no hurry to sell my shares. Lets see if the BOD can drum up a better bid or if the Chinese or ILU want a bite of this tasty morsel.
