I suspect beef (probably a unique niche such as wagyu) as more aligned with what they hold already, and has distribution chain similar to what they have already in Nichols chicken. Other potential small targets could include some of the small river run fish farms (salmon, brown trout, rainbow trout). Less likely would be things like Tasmanian Flour Mills as this isn't an end point product. Tasmania has a lot of niche small scale specialty produce though ranging from salt, vegetables, etc. I still think they want to keep some powder dry in hope of Woolnorth given some of the friction that has been reported there recently.
