Yeah I guess surprised, but would only be disappointed if I needed to sell.
I have held DDR for a few years now and it always bounces back to new highs so will continue to hold for a while yet.
I can only strong upward trend continuing, and as I've said before great buying at $3.
I'm very bullish, and we could easily hit $3.40 by end of the year, which is about 13% upside, and 5% above the all time high.
Dividend quality very strong and reliable, solid supplier contract wins, stable management, new facilities etc.
Perhaps a query is cash position which has been highlighted but I'm sure it is just a timing issue and will play out at the next announcement.
Great set and forget investment, just about the best there is.
Can you believe Dicker doesn't even pay himself a wage.
He is worth at least $1m a year but forego's that, what a legend.
I've also asked before, does anyone know of any other similar founder led small cap companies?
