Hi Techmeister - I work in this field. It is very unlikely that most of those channel partners would have 1,000 businesses on their books. There would be a handful at the top that have many thousands and at the bottom probably hundreds of them that could have a handful of customers (the long tail)

Not to despair it is not uncommon for businesses in this SMB space to have 500-1000 staff.

Not sure if it would be 4 mill in total - its possible I guess I would say if they are that big but year probably 1 million at least

Either way, it could be - however, we have to remember that is it pretty easy to sign up with partners and distributors in IT - it doesn't really mean all that much and doesn't guarantee sales. The proof will in the pudding once those partners start to pick up the solution - some will, some wont - there is alot of noise in IT so it will take a while to filter through.
