The improvement that the new management has made in second half of fy2018 is quite impressive I think. Now they start with a clean sheet in fy2019 (a reset year according to the Chairman's letter in the annual report).
Even if the sales are flat, the massive cost reductions that they have done (or continue to do) will be good enough to bring us to positive cash flow.
