Got a handy little top up today to bring me just short of 1/2m. As the CHPP is fully funded it has no cost impact to TER and also the increase in production will have meant a bit of extra time and engineering to accomodate the increased throughput, so no big deal. They are planning ahead to maximise earnings which is exactly what good planners do. The refinance will be subject to a fair bit of secrecy and a lot of negotiation between the current debt holders and the new debt providers, so I dont expect to hear anything until its a done deal. Dont be surprised if the Indians take a bigger bite of the debt in exchange for a share of TER.
