Thing is we will probably get to .60 by just sitting on current holdings as the cannabis market recovers, so really its just free money at shareholders expense (dilution) as per usual.. pretty easy to see that sentiment among holders now isnt the best, hopefully management wake up to this but why would they if there is no repercussions.
