Indeed Mike77, I suspect the reason for sending is that they are softening everyone up ready for the cap raising, which is looming as becoming critical!
A shame to see dilution, but I doubt there is a single holder of Recce shares that doesn't know and understand that a shed load of dough is going to be needed to take this even close to market!
