Great insight. Yes, I think GTK is similar to the companies that started out fast, went even faster and then started slowing down this year. That's when high PE stocks trip.
Think of high PE companies as a runner with a very heavy backpack, they're very high momentum.
However, once they trip - ouch ... the fall really hurts, it's painful!
ISD, IRI was a big pain. ADA, the same as well as HSN.
Not ready to jump in yet, probably not until they identify how the road ahead looks like. Right now it's too smoky and the future is blurry.
I do think this business is a strong business though, and if the market does stupid things like send this down another dollar, I might be forced to initiate a position earlier.
