"they'll need more money" – correct.  There's no need to speculate about whether there will be further capital raised one way or another.  Brett Johnson, the chairman, already explained this in his address to the AGM.  The relevant excerpt is below:

The key point is that while I would expect that income from sales should cover the direct cost of production, there is no way on our current volumes that free cash flow will be enough (yet) to fund our non-operational outflows: research/development, expansion, and cost-down development work.
