You say that the shorter the charging time the more attractive the battery. This may definitely one consideration (there are many) when choosing batteries but it needs to be said that the capacity of a lithium Iron battery will reduce over time due to how it is treated/charged/discharged and normal cathode deterioration. I think you'll find that a battery with reduced capacity is also less efficient in accepting charge so..... in compairing charging times you can only go on the specs that will be stated for a new battery......... If you find that the Zinc Bromine flow battery is slower to charge (not sure about this?) it may catch up over time as the other (LI) suffers deterioration and reaches (high cost) replacement long befor the ZB.......
