The negatives:
Many shares on issue with likelihood of further (probable) CR in the not too distant future (before June?).
The positives:
In December all Directors announced significant increases in shares held at 1.5c as part of the shareholder approved Tranche 2 CR.
Indication of confidence.
Excellent progress being made and good grades disclosed.
Ability (possibility) to avoid further dilution (by CR) by perhaps divesting of some regional tenements ($) vended in by PL or at least farm in /JV's? These regional tenements may have some future value but I believe the most immediate priority for Gateway (and shareholders)is the Gidgee project (s).
