I had to have a look around. Jangada Mines PLC list Luis Azevedo as a current director, of interest to us perhaps is that he was a director in the acquired AVB who are now Avanco Brazil and look after the South American assets as a fully owned subsidiary of OZL. I assume Luis is still very involved with what Avanco Brazil are doing, he was and I suspect still is pivotal in local negotiations be they in the Carajas at Antas, Pedra Branca or Pantera and more particularly at Gurupi (gold) in neighboring Maranhão State where local negotiations were needed to unlock that gold, he was/is a key man in that. So just the fact his name popped up with both companies was interesting.

Btw did you have any specific reason to say "Jangada Mines Plc, listed on Aim would appear to becoming a more compelling fit for the Oz Minerals" or was it just they are close by geographically ?
