Looking over the presentation again recently, I'd love someone more knowledgable than I to help me out with a small detail.
The Ovoot open pit mine (disregarding the underground pit) has measured resources of 197Mt, with a total reserve of 247Mt (as per this presentation). My question is why then is there no proven reserves? Wouldn't the measured resources indicate a proven reserve, or is it only proven once the pit construction starts?
Also, sorry for bumping this thread and getting everyones hopes up that a new announcement was made
