I expect much of the audience probably switched off after first few minutes if like me they dialled in on mobile phone and had a bad line. Probably why no questions asked. I considered it myself since I just couldn't make out anything Reinier said and Michael wasn't much better. Nothing against them, i have seen presentations of theirs before with no issues, it was just the terrible line.
I'm actually eagerly awaiting the transcript to have a good read and see what I probably missed.
