trying to figure out what such meaningless management speak actually means is often fraught with danger.
But a stab in the dark.....we could possibly translate that management speak to
"as we build a track record of sales and revenue, we can try and borrow money from the banks."

This is a bit like what AS1 have been doing for a while. They have a debt facility with NAB, which they can do because they have sales revenue even though when the debt facility was setup they were not at the break even point...and still haven't reach that.
