seeing as no one else is going to help you I’ll give it a go. It’s where the money stops and starts. The OWC is where the lighter oil sitting on top of the water is encountered which in a lot of cases delineates the extent of the reservoir thus giving them the parameters to work out the volume of oil in place. Or something like that.
