Says on the front cover of the Presentation "AMEC Convention June 2019"
That convention is on today and also yesterday ...so presumably E25 is presenting today and it has been released for that reason....not "conversations with 3rd parties are ongoing. Offtakes? JV? Cornerstone?"
They of course could stll be happening behind the scenes but not the reason on this occasion IMHO
