The town of Cobar will do much better for longer if The Peak (and Hera) are part of a long term profitable business rather than quasi-retirement homes. There is a certain inevitability about retirement homes. If the town is smart they will see Aurelia as a growth business and an opportunity for smart young people.
Dwayne - I thought you would have been interested in AMI's water management initiatives. It sounds like they are not pipe dreams.
