thanks Blommer. appreciate you viewpoint. one of the great things about OVN is the minimum contracted revenue, which is a significant plus for potential lenders. also the rate cuts should help buffer the increased spread from lenders. I don't see any reason why OVN won't slow down and continue to acquire new sites (which would increase the amount of contracted revenue). I guess the big question is whether at the current SP, some 30-40% down over the past few weeks, whether such funding assumptions have already been taken into account which I would say it has. anyways.. I agree with you, I am just laying out some positives that OVN has over other business models.
