919 customers as at 30/6/19? I thought they'd have added a few more based on the recent >800 - something to look out for in the next few quarters (edit: although given that is 71% more than last FY, they are doing exceptionally well. Its easy to forget with this company just how quickly they are growing when data from 12 months ago seems like eons).
I'm not sure how to read what they are calling 'customer acquisition cost' (31.2m in FY19) as they seem to lump in some other costs. But given they had 536 customers at 30/6/18, 80k per customer is actually not bad. Would be interesting to see how much of this is salary/bonuses and what is product related. Anyone have any good SASS industry intel here?
