where has that information come from? Why can't the contract manufacturer expand shifts and scale up and why would these guys pay for it ? But teh contractor- hmmm they just moved away from self production and finishing castings and do it offshore for a reason and announced they have a 2nd facility. They have said for years they have excess capacity as they were planing to hit it big but have never got volume.
