Hi Sabine. "buy and bury" meaning often BIG Corps will buy out the competition to stimy or wipe out the new product or service (Microsoft) that competes. Having the other products positioned for distribution by respective market distributors is (in my opinion only) a strategy that prevents that. Also the escrowed shares for 2yrs prevents takeovers as well. J Mitchel said as much in an interview a while back buy saying "we are not going anywhere. not for two years at least". I dont have my files in front of me but someone from this forum posted a link to that one. I think 3M has 3 or 5 yrs but dont quote me. In my final analysis of this company I read it as get as many proven products out there through multiple channels and concentrate on R&D.. I would love to know what happened to the sales team too. Perhaps a slow burn to cover more ground is what will happen.?. However I am green to share movements such as this one and cannot figure out the fiddling about with SP as I watch what seems the oposite of logic to me. Especoally on the light of no news. And the increase from 28K shares for shorting to 68K recently has me mistrusting any judgements. So Im still at the fairgrounds
