    The company believes that the outlook for non-residential construction is strong.
    However, recent news reports say that the outlook for that sector is weak for private projects.
    Hopefully government infrastructure projects will take up the slack. Certainly the RBA is pushing for that.

    6% dividend yield is attractive even though it's unfranked.

    I think that this so-so report has been priced in already, so not much SP action tomorrow is my guess.
